Refund Policy
Premier Punter operates a strict no-refund policy on all subscription payments. By subscribing to any Premier Punter plan, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all subscription tiers, billing cycles, and promotional plans offered on the platform.
All payments made to Premier Punter are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- You forget to cancel before your free trial ends and are charged
- You no longer wish to use the service after payment
- You have not used the service during the billing period
- You are dissatisfied with tips, predictions, or betting outcomes
- You claim the tips did not perform as expected
- You did not read or understand the subscription terms at the time of purchase
- Your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions
- You experience technical difficulties caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection
- A bookmaker restricts or bans your account as a result of using our tips
Premier Punter provides a tips and analysis service for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any betting outcomes or financial returns and this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Premier Punter may offer free trial periods on certain plans. A free trial gives you access to the full subscription for the trial duration at no charge.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged. Once the trial expires and a payment is processed, that charge is non-refundable.
Abuse of free trials โ including creating multiple accounts to access repeated trials โ is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page under the Billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain full access to all member features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a cancelled subscription.
After your subscription expires, your account will revert to free access. Your account and data are retained unless you request deletion.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting Premier Punter is considered a breach of these terms.
If a chargeback is filed against a payment made to Premier Punter, the following actions will be taken immediately and without notice:
- Your account will be permanently suspended
- Access to all subscription features will be revoked immediately
- You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on the platform
- The chargeback will be formally disputed with evidence of service delivery
- Any outstanding amounts may be referred to a debt recovery process
If you have a genuine billing concern, please contact us via our contact page before initiating any dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. In certain circumstances, Irish and EU consumer law may entitle you to a right of withdrawal or refund.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal for digital content or services may not apply where you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon access.
If you believe you have a valid legal claim for a refund under applicable law, please contact us via our contact page and we will review your case accordingly.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly โ for example, charged twice for the same period or charged after a confirmed cancellation โ please contact us immediately via our contact page.
We take billing accuracy seriously and will investigate and resolve any genuine errors promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected or refunded at our discretion.
