- Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days
- Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Irish tax and financial law
- Affiliate commission records are retained for 7 years
- Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years
- Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely

Premier Punter is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us.
