Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Premier Punter Affiliate Programme. By applying to, joining, or participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

The Premier Punter Affiliate Programme allows approved partners to earn commission by referring new paying members to Premier Punter. Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time.

These terms operate alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Affiliate Terms take precedence with respect to affiliate activity.

To participate in the Premier Punter Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a legitimate, active online presence (social media account, website, newsletter, or similar platform)
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Premier Punter
• Operate in jurisdictions where betting-related content is legal
• Agree to promote Premier Punter in a responsible, honest, and legal manner

Premier Punter reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Applications are submitted via the affiliate application form. We aim to review all applications within 48 hours of submission. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique affiliate referral code. All commission is tracked via this code. You are responsible for using your code correctly in all promotional materials.

Premier Punter reserves the right to impose conditions on approval, including restrictions on promotional channels, messaging, or territories.

Approved affiliates earn commission on successful referrals — defined as a user who signs up using your referral code and becomes a paying subscriber. Commission rates are communicated to you upon approval and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

Commission is calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred users, after applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. No commission is earned on:

• Free trial periods where no payment is collected
• Referrals from users who subsequently request a refund or initiate a chargeback
• Self-referrals — you may not use your own referral code to sign up for Premier Punter
• Referrals deemed fraudulent or generated through prohibited methods
• Existing Premier Punter users who create a new account using your code

Commission rates, structures, and eligibility criteria may be modified by Premier Punter at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.

Referrals are tracked using your unique affiliate code appended to Premier Punter URLs. It is your responsibility to ensure your links are correctly formatted and functioning.

Premier Punter uses cookies and server-side tracking to attribute referrals. Cookie-based attribution has a standard duration communicated upon approval. If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, attribution may not be recorded.

Premier Punter's tracking records are the sole basis for commission calculation. In the event of a dispute, our internal records will take precedence. We do not accept third-party tracking data as evidence of referred conversions.

Commission is paid on a monthly basis, subject to reaching a minimum payout threshold communicated to you upon approval. Amounts below the threshold will roll over to the following month.

Payouts are made via bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Premier Punter accepts no liability for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information.

Commission earnings are subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed on commission income. Premier Punter does not provide tax advice.

Premier Punter reserves the right to withhold or delay payment where:

• Fraud or breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed
• A significant volume of referred users have initiated refunds or chargebacks
• Your account is under review
• Payment details are incorrect or unverified

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using your own referral code to create a new account (self-referral)
• Incentivising referrals with cash, prizes, or other rewards not approved by Premier Punter
• Running paid advertising campaigns targeting Premier Punter's branded keywords without prior written approval
• Sending unsolicited emails, spam, or bulk messages containing your referral link
• Creating fake social media accounts, websites, or profiles to drive referrals
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic generation
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with Premier Punter
• Engaging in any conduct that brings Premier Punter into disrepute

Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commission, regardless of amount.

Premier Punter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our branding, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate programme. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

You may not alter, distort, or misrepresent Premier Punter branding. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement of any product or service beyond the Premier Punter platform.

Any marketing assets, templates, or creative materials provided by Premier Punter may only be used for the purposes of the affiliate programme and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.

As an affiliate, you may be provided with non-public information relating to the affiliate programme, including commission rates, conversion data, and referral statistics. This information is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

You agree not to use confidential information for any purpose other than operating your affiliate account.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Premier Punter. You have no authority to bind Premier Punter contractually or legally.

You are solely responsible for your own business operations, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate programme at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Premier Punter may terminate your affiliate account immediately and without notice where:

• You breach any provision of these terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected or confirmed
• Your promotional activity damages Premier Punter's reputation
• You engage in any prohibited conduct
• A significant volume of your referred users initiates refunds or chargebacks

Upon termination, your referral code will be deactivated. Any unpaid commission that was legitimately earned prior to termination will be paid in the next regular payment cycle, unless forfeited due to breach. Commission accrued after termination will not be paid.

Premier Punter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with the affiliate programme shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Premier Punter may update these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued participation in the programme after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease affiliate activity and notify us in writing.

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
